Mentoring Packages List

​Mentoring is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are a new graduate building confidence or a clinician expanding into vestibular, concussion, migraine, or neurologic care, mentoring provides a personalized space to ask questions and strengthen your clinical reasoning. It is also designed for experienced providers navigating particularly complex cases who are looking for practical insight they can apply directly to patient care. Together, we can work through the challenges that matter most to you and help you feel more confident in your next steps.

Depending on your goals, mentoring can include: 
-1:1 time with your mentor, tailored to your questions and goals
-Ongoing email support between sessions
-Case reviews
-Marketing setup guidance
-Building a program or network
-Clinical reasoning development

1 session, 1 hour, $300
Great for a focused question, quick case review, or a single point of guidance

Includes the 30-minute consult call
4 Hours Total, $1000
Hours can be split up and scheduled however works best for you and your mentor
Best for ongoing support across a few key areas including case reviews, clinical reasoning, marketing, or program building

Includes the 30-minute consult call
8 Hours Total, $2000
Hours can be split up and scheduled flexibly across weeks or months
Best for deeper, sustained mentoring: building a program, growing a network, and long-term professional development

Small Group Mentoring (up to 3 clinicians)
Available at standard package pricing above, great for clinics wanting to grow a few team members together.

Group Mentoring (4+ providers)
