Migraine: epidemiology and systems of care
Migraine is a neurovascular disorder that affects over 1 billion people worldwide. Its widespread prevalence, and associated disability, have a range of negative and substantial effects not only on those immediately affected but also on their families, colleagues, employers, and society. To reduce this global burden, concerted efforts are needed to implement and improve migraine care that is supported by informed health-care policies.

Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) is a safe and effective technique for treating PTSD, with advantages such as high compliance, low cost, and simplicity of implementation.

FDA Authorizes First Prescription Digital Therapeutic for Preventing Episodic Migraine
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted marketing authorization to CT-132, a prescription digital therapeutic developed by Click Therapeutics (New York, NY), for the preventive treatment of episodic migraine in adults. CT-132 is the first FDA-authorized prescription digital therapeutic (PDT) for this indication, offering a novel, nonpharmacologic option for people living with episodic migraine.
Effect of vestibular rehabilitation therapy in patients with persistent postural perceptual dizziness: a systematic review and meta-analysis
Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD) is an increasingly recognized syndrome defined by enduring experiences of dizziness, unbalance, or non-vertiginous dizziness, generally persisting for a minimum of 3 months. This condition significantly impacts patients’ quality of life, highlighting the necessity for prompt and effective management. Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) has demonstrated efficacy in alleviating dizzy symptoms and enhancing balance. This meta-analysis seeks to assess the effectiveness of VRT in alleviating subjective dizzy symptoms and improving postural control in persons with PPPD.
